First Class

For your first capoeira class, here are some must knows…

  1. Where – Red Deer School of Highland Dance studio at 10-5579 47 st.
  2. When – Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30 PM
  3. What to wear – Comfortable athletic clothing (ie t-shirt and sweat pants or shorts)
  4. Cost – Drop in fees are $15/class or $40/month.  (for full fee schedule, click here)
  5. How to Register – You can register at your first class, just arrive a few minutes early to fill our the registration forms.
  6. Be ready to sweat and have a great time!!
